Product Variability
Crystal Variability
Due to the nature of our hand crafted products we hand pick all of our Crystals & Gemstones. Therefore all of our products are subject to natural variability meaning no two products will ever be exactly the same. Where possible we aim for the closest crystals in size, shape & quality however cannot always guarantee this! Please consider this when ordering as your product will differ slightly from the displayed photo.
Refund & Return Policy
Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products if there is a change of mind. Please consider this when placing your order.

Delivery Damages
​Please acknowledge that orders are delivered through the use of a third party delivery company (Australian Post). We do not take responsibility for damages incurred during transit however we do offer you with an insurance option provided as part of the Delivery Services by Australia Post. Please acknowledge that we are not the insurance provider. In the event that an insured item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services please contact Australia Post directly to claim on any insurance options available to you.
Shipping Policy
Processing your Order
As we are a family run business we take pride in ensuring every order is perfect before we ship! Please consider this and allow 1-2 business days (excludes weekends & public holidays) for your order to be processed before shipping commences. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times
We ship both domestically (Australia Wide) and internationally! Shipping times depend on your location so please allow up to 10-12 days for domestic shipping and longer for international shipping.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping applies to orders over $150 AUD Australia wide only. A shipping fee applies to all other orders and to all international shipping. For domestic and international shipping fees please follow the checkout process and enter your shipping address for total costs.
Tracking
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10-12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via this form with a description including your order reference number and we will look into it for you.
